Rolando Santana fw 2012
If Studio 54 were still open and Jerry Hall’s and Bianca Jagger’s daughters were living in New York, Rolando Santana would be dressing them! His collection was a throw back to the glitz and glamour of the 70’s dancing the night away. Taking his inspiration from such icons as Andy Warhol and New York city, his A/W 2012 collection used a variety of sequins, modern embroideries and silk lamé to represent the sophisticated New York era when women’s fashion was changing.
A rich black leather fringed pencil skirt paired with a dark gold bell sleeve spread collar wrap top and a luxurious black mink cape sashayed down the runway fringed feathered hair and all!
