MARA HOFFMAN fall 2012 MBFW

Changing scenes to influence movement in show – FDM’s [Brigitte Segura] said after a few seasons with a set scene at presentation,  the runway brings heightened enthusiasm for MARA HOFFMAN’s kind of flowy collection. The symbolic signage on silk posed as just one of the many other worldly components, Brigitte noted she particularly liked the subtle playfulness of the asteroid-like print and tribal patterned cardigans with the brighter accents. Wrapped, draped, and shaped here and there, the silhouettes reflected a youthful + subtle sexy unique.

Even with a more moody palette, the pieces were spirited  and in step with the line’s individually expressive style. Finishing touches included a jewelry collab complete with charm necklaces and elemental accents like thin scarves and chic hats.
