fdm BOYS club: ANDREW BUCKLER spring 2012
fdmLOVES: Cobblestone Streets, abandoned meat factories, and eroded graffiti art! now that’s what I call home sweet home! Buckler’s Spring 2012 collection took the streets of NyC’s Meat Packing District dignifying it as the final look of the collection. an urban sensibility of pieces intertwined with the jagged edge of new york created a production not to be missed…
Easing away from his fitted design aesthetic, this season Andrew entertained manipulating the male proportion… Creating unconventional silhouettes by pairing asymmetrical elongated tops and zip-up jackets with skinny fit pants and long rise cargos. A strive for comfortablility absolutely played a motive in his creative genius. The collection’s signature “droopy” pants, hooded scarcwa, and pull-on lounge pants wreak urban chic in company with a clean simplistic color palette of the basics.
Andrew! I want every piece in every color! And Don’t forget the shades 😉 written by Anthony Pedraza. photos courtesy of BUCKLER on FASHION DAILY MAG.
