CYNTHIA ROWLEY struts spring 2020 in TriBeCa

taking it literally to the streets in the city, Cynthia Rowley’s marvelously stylish patterns walked the walk in TriBeCa during NYFW.   ROWLEY’S spring 2020 bouquet of color, surf style, balloons and sparkle were set against the downtown backdrop flawlessly.

A new wave of styles? not really… but then again, true style doesn’t require a sculpted makeover every season, right? Rowley still delivers the fun.
