Yahoo buying Tumblr

Some Sunday news:  Yahoo is buying Tumblr, our favorite social media | blogging platform for $1.1 Billion Dollars.  One of the biggest acquisitions under Yahoo’s chief executive, Marissa Mayer, the company is trying to catch up to social networks and mobile devices.  As most of blog followers know by now, we’ve been huge fans of Tumblr where we have several blogs [fdmloves.com and fdmlovesmens.tumblr.com] and have enjoyed using the platform.  Let’s hope the visually attractive, artsy and fashionable and vibe continues with the new changes… cause we love our tumblr–  especially in curating fashion!- brigitte
