VOGUE’S NEW EXPOSURE winner: AN LE
BEHIND the LENS | FRESH talent: Vogue, Bottega Veneta, and Red Digital Camera announced up-and-coming talent AN LE as its first annual NEW EXPOSURE competition winner at Milk Studios earlier this month. The 22 year old An Le [of Vietnamese origin] is an emerging fashion photographer on Vogue’s watch-out list and is not only gracing the pages of Vogue Italia, Elle, and Sheer, but also gaining recognition among the world’s most influential leaders in the fashion and photography industry.
Vogue’s New Exposure judges consist of leading insiders, Ivan Shaw, Photography Director at VOGUE; Tomas Maier, Creative Director of Bottega Veneta; Jarred Land, photographer, producer, and president of the Red Digital Cinema Camera Company; artists Ross Bleckner and Jack Pierson; acclaimed photographer Stewart Shining; visionary creative director Doug Lloyd; and Carol Squiers, curator at ICP.
The prize package is valued at $50,000 and includes: $10,000, a RED Epic -X camera package, a one-year mentorship with Management Artists photo agency, and the prestigious opportunity to shoot an editorial campaign for Bottega Veneta, who will announce later this year an exclusive project that will be shot by the talented AN LE. stay tuned!
