Tocca Spring 2014
As a glittery backdrop set the stage, the Tocca Spring 2014 collection was a dancer’s dream. Designer Emma Fletcher presented a sugary mix of classic cuts and ballerina-inspired silhouettes. Sparkling leotards and form-fitting jumpsuits were the highlights, as dresses with lace patchwork also stood out. Almost like taking a glimpse inside a dancer’s closet. There’s several great gems in this mix, a stellar assortment.
Things stayed cool in champagne and baby blue hues, as pieces in black, yellow, and red popped. A lipstick red jumpsuit was super sexy, a look that could be dressed up and down. Throw on some chunky jewelry and it’s your next dinner soiree ensemble. A pair of bright yellow cigarette pants looked super fresh with a too cute cropped top. Such a perfect look for this upcoming spring season. Dresses stayed whimsical, as a pretty floral pattern in different variations showed off some gorgeous blue orchids. Perfect versatility.
Definite femininity with an added amount of spunk, this collection was like a perfect ’10’ performance. Everyone needs a little bit of glitz and glam. fdmLOVES TOCCA Spring 2014 selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Allison Ripa.
