Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Ball celebrates 20s glamour

New York was taken back to the Jazz Age at the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Ball, where celebrity guests, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Williams, Jessica Beil, as well as The Great Gatsby star, Carey Mulligan, toasted to 1920s glamour with Moet which is featured throughout the upcoming film.

With Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center bathed in the iconic Tiffany blue light, the A-list stars entered the event through a Tiffany Blue Box topped with the iconic white bow, and were transported to a luxurious art deco, Jazz Age supper club straight out of Gatsby’s garden, trapeze artists, flapper-esque dancers, a live Jazz band, an orchestra – and, a surprise performance by Megan Hilty.

Kate Hudson, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Sarah Jessica Parker schmoozed while clinking glasses of Moet & Chandon. Gwyneth and SJP were inseparable throughout the evening, laughing and catching up like two long lost friends, and while Gatsby was the topic of conversation throughout the evening, Jessica Biel showed her political side, enthusiastically staying, “And have you met Michelle [Obama]? She is my favorite person in the world!”

After celebrating throughout the evening with Moet & Chandon, celebrity guests left the 1920s behind in Rockefeller Center and made their way to a line of waiting town cars on Fifth Avenue – there was one town car waiting per guest – with everyone talking about how excited they are to see the film when it hits theatres May 10th.
