editor’s note: Both Sarah (petite, size 6) and I (on the slim side) tried the same dress on.  Here’s what we thought:

For the slims like me (Brigitte), it gave enough support to feel good all around without suffocating.   The down side was the top was a little too large in height as is for me.  I alternated different cup size bras under, and that solved the issue.  Seamless, extra warmth and a more perfect figure. (no back fat, thanks).   for Sarah, who is a petite and fuller in the bust and middle, the shapewear smoothed the curves for a more shapely silhouette.  Both of us wore under other pieces.. and we’ll be flaunting the dresses without the top layers come sunny weather again.
