A few sculpted voluminous drama gowns… designer Rubin Singer‘s signature style got our NYFW groove in gear.  Shown on the unofficial wednesday prior to NYFW fw16 shows, the detailed eye candy gave us a jolt of wow for the week.   Glamour beauty in sophisticated demure up-do hair styles kept our eyes on the prize: fantastic cocktail and long gowns on view in hues of citron and cobalt blue
