Meissen Couture Fall 2014 MFW
Fashion enthusiasts were given a treat during MFW. New luxurious line, Meissen Couture, was premiered for Fall 2014. Designer Frida Weyer was fully inspired by the glamorous fashions of the 20s and 30s…when life was full of exuberance and extravagance. The results are breathtaking as fantastic beading and embroidery take center stage. The glitzy presentation was a definite highlight throughout the week of Milan’s absolute best.
Gowns are kissed with elegance and feel dreamily romantic in dark shades of black and magenta. There’s a few pastel beauties in pale pink and white, perfectly fit for a bride. Deep cuts exude sex appeal while sheer details add a little bit of girlish charm to the set. They’re a cross between sexy showgirl and blushing bride. With flowers highlighting the whole presentation, some of these gowns could be plucked like their scented counterparts.
These are gowns for everyone’s inner luxe-chic heart. No room for Plain Janes…these stunners bring out the panache. Vivacious. fdmLOVES MEISSEN COUTURE Fall 2014 selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Allison Ripa.
