MARNI first FRAGRANCE launch BERLIN

The first MARNI fragrance was just unveiled during Berlin Fashion Week. With an installation at Berlin’s premier department store KaDeWe, Creative Director for MARNI, Consuelo Castiglioni, co-hosted the event with managing director and CEO of KaDeWe, Ursula Vierkoetter. The party was poppin’ with a live performance by the fashionably cool Jesse Jo Stark (and band) plus a set by DJ Matthias Hellwig.

Attendees included German Vogue Editor Christiane Arp, actress/model Susan Hoecke, actor Kai Schumann, MBFWB founders Esther Seibt, Anita and Norbert Tillmann, photographer/director Ellen von Unwerth, and Nathalie von Bismarck.

The scent itself evokes the MARNI spirit and quirky charm. The spicy notes are styled for feminine in a woody essence infused with delicate rose oil. The appropriately branded dots and all packaging got started as an inspiration from old bottle found at a flea market by Castiglioni.
