LOOKING at MUSIC 3.0 exhibition at the MOMA
Looking at Music 3.0 now exhibition on through June 6 at TheMuseum of Modern Art exhibition featuring Laura Levine portraits of artists like Madonna, the Beastie Boys,Tina Weymouth & Grandmaster Flash, Run DMC and Keith Haring.
Looking at Music 3.0 explores the influence of music on contemporary art practices in New York in the 80s and 90s and includes works by Laurie Anderson, Steven Parrino, Beastie Boys, Laura Levine, Kathleen Hanna, Lee Quinones, Miranda July, Keith Haring, Sonic Youth, the Residents, Spike Lee, Karen Finley, Diamanda Galas, and Christian Marclay. The exhibition is organized by Barbara London, Associate Curator, Department of Media and Performance Art.

In conjunction with the exhibition, Levine is releasing a limited edition archival pigment ink print of one of the images from the show, the portrait of Tina Weymouth & Grandmaster Flash. Each archival pigment print in this limited edition is numbered, titled and signed by the artist.
