Lars Andersson Fall 2014 NYFW

We got a feel for the collection with a backstage sneak peak at Lars Andersson Fall 2014 during NYFW – a moment with the models and a quick catch-up with the designer himself. This Swedish designer showcased a collection of knitwear with easy style and casual sophistication. Purposefully sculpted pieces added movement and a modern appeal.

Dramatic with draping, the rich colors of wine and eggplant complemented shades of navy, grey, and black. On the lighter side, ladies wore harem pants and flowing skirts paired with necklines that vee at varying degrees. Loosely layered elements like cardigans and hooded dusters were cozy when belted. The men were cool in complement with an effortlessly handsome selection of mash-ups.
