Hermes Spring 2014 PFW
It’s pretty obvious by now that the Hermes girl is quite the traveler. For the Spring 2014 collection, designer Christophe Lemaire took us all on an adventure into the exotic jungle. This muse just needs a little spice in her life, and these looks do just the trick. From wild prints to hues that match the rainforest creatures, high and low, this line is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Our safari hats are all ready, so prepare for the ride.
The rich teals, indigos, and yellows are gorgeous…each can represent a facet of the rainforest. Teals could be frogs, greens are leaves and yellows are the rising sun that’s shrouded by trees that touch the sky. Jungle print is inspired by French artist, Henri Rousseau, with a look that also included matching boots. There’s lots of attention to the waist in these looks, femininely keeping things A-line and high-wasited. Lovely jumpsuits and long trench coats are powerful looks for any woman. With leather pieces in attractive colors mixed in with tan suits, this is definitely a collection for a powerful lady with a varied, yet classic, sense of style.
Slip on any one of these looks and automatically get ready for some sort of adventure. Whether it’s a trip to an exotic place beyond, or a weekend getaway elsewhere, this collection is one to sport. Gorgeous. fdmLOVES HERMES Spring 2014 selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Alliosn Ripa.
