GOLD GOWN parade

With all the red carpet chatter floating around the Oscars we’ve all been tuned in to who is wearing what gown, n’est-ce pas?   And though most everyone looked quite good in their couture gowns, not so many stood out… except for the gold parade.   As any leo would tell you to shine and flaunt that gold, ’tis was the season for gold on the red carpet at the Oscars.

So, after taking yet another look at the haute couture ss17 Paris collections that just appeared before the NYFW:Mens shows late January, we discovered a sea of luminous + sparkled couture gowns.

Here are a few of the so  many pretty gold dresses with lace + sparkled + glittery gowns from Elie Saab, Giambattista Valli, Zuhair Murad and Ralph and Russo and a few others.
