Cute cards for the season: If you haven’t sent out cards in a while, it’s time to do it again! Everyone loves receiving mail if it’s not junk, and if it’s a lovely card, people will remember. It’s a reflection of your taste too, BTW. My favorite for this year is a tree gone boating called Stonington’s Lamberts Cove Floating Tree Christmas Notecards. They are designed by Abbie Park- a local Mystic, Stonington and NYC area artist who creates thought provoking land and seascape cards and framed prints that tell a story with a cute twist! @abbieartdesign.

Her bold and playful renderings with vintage appeal give an instant smile. The best striped sweater. Good looking, comes in a bunch of colors, and who doesn’t love a striped T-shirt or sweater. This one is from Tommy Hilfiger, who has perfected the striped clothing for decades now, and this fabric is more luxurious than T-shirt fabric – in a really nice way. It is a lightweight sweater knit made mostly of cotton with some nylon for stretch and a great fit. I love the new red burgundy variation for me, a colorway I didn’t already own. The fit is casually wearable by most and it’s a year-round weight with a little warmth for the cool season. Reliable, and the best striped sweater top I’ve seen @Tommyhilfiger. Comes in tons of colors too.

Luxury Boy shorts in cotton blend. Though at first may not appreciate the idea of this until you try it and use it. I like the idea of wearing boy shorts under sheer fabrics, especially under skirts or lace pants without wearing layers of leggings. Cover up a little and keep you feeling fit thanks to the fantastic fabric. Stay Pink! Get something fuzzy, warm and fun for yourself and your friend! I found a range of fun, practical and very stylish faux fur jackets online. My fave of the season is the haute haute pink jacket in a cropped style with high stand collar. Looks very fashion forward, and the prices are around $50-75 for most style. Made by Anewsta at Shein. Practical gifts can sometimes be the most memorable for me. Nowadays we all should use protection on our phones, and a reliable cover means so much more than before! Gift some fun and decompress with foody slime. It may sound like a kid treat, but everyone enjoys a little stress relief. We tried out some of the foody oriented slime after a holiday dinner and we- all ages, enjoyed a little fun with food. The favorite was the gumball machine with gum balls and glitter. The mix tucks away nicely in the top part of the mini gumball machine too – to take out later.
