EMERGING DESIGNERS: JARRET at NYFW

Fresh talent in layers… After seeing so many shows during mens and womens runway shows recently, it’s nice to still get excited about one more great one to discover.    The JARRET fw17 runway collection was a surprise waiting to be unveiled at pier 59, just before the Kanye take over.   Forward fashion is wearable in layers… which is exactly what a city girl wants.
