CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

Elettra’s Goodness with Grace Coddington

Condé Nast Entertainment’s Vogue video channel show Elettra’s Goodness is an extension of the pop-up restaurant GOODNESS launched during NY fashion week a few years ago. In the third episode of the season host Elettra Wiedemann cooks with the Creative Director of Vogue, Grace Coddington. The two cook up a hearty, and according to Grace, “incredibly bad for you” meal that Elettra defends by saying “everything in moderation, including moderation.”

Elettra and Grace create two of Grace’s favorite dinner party dishes, Beef Tenderloin and Potatoes Dauphnois. While they peel potatoes and chop up onions, the two chat lightly and laugh about Grace and her past. Elettra asks Grace about a couple rumors, her life as a model, and Elettra’s father as they spread red currant jam on steak and drizzle cream onto seasoned potatoes. Elettra’s Goodness is a great series to watch — not only do you get to see a tasty recipe come to life, but you also get to a glimpse of another side of  some fascinating people. We definitely recommend this cute twist on the classic cooking show! Elettra’s Goodness with Grace Coddington by Brittany George. watch the video here.
