Deep City Diving at Herve Leger Resort 2014

Take a dip with Herve Leger by Max Azria for Resort 2014. Known for delivering curve hugging looks, the brand takes a turn towards the sea for resort. This season their head to toe bondage is a nod to scuba diving and snorkeling in a sleek way. Although you probably can’t drift too far into sea with these looks, you’ll still look striking just exploring the streets.

Fitted and A-line dresses aren’t the only attention grabbers as the skintight leg wear packs a punch with its graphic outlines. Pairing the looks with open-toe booties, Herve Leger shows these looks are for the city, not just the coral reef.

Swimwear with straps and hardware smartly revamped the time tested bikini. The midriff tops thankfully, don’t scream sports bra, by pairing them with matching iridescent leg wear. Tone them down with lax trousers  if you don’t want to look super swim ready. You can still show off your hot bod, without revealing some skin, as the formfitting jackets and vests accent every inch. Our personal fav includes a body con navy jacket and leggings with swirls of pink and ivory. If you decide to feature your assets, cutouts topped with rubberized mesh on a series of onyx looks lets you leave some to the imagination.

Like light dancing through the water, the patterns on the fitted and a-line dresses are dizzying in a dazzling way. Topping them off with metal breastplates and belts makes them daring, not dainty. Their long zippers makes it easier to suit up and slip out of the door. Like rising out of the watery depths, the collection’s colors go from dark navy’s and blacks and reach the surface with neon yellows and bright whites. The fantastic frenzy of fringe midway through the collection, is a hint that the Herve Leger woman must return to land. fdmLOVES HERVE LEGER BY MAX AZRIA RESORT 2014 by Brigitte Segura, Written by Mary Anderson.
