CROWNS at HARRODS celebrate QUEEN’S DIAMOND JUBILEE

CATCHING up: talk about crowns and jewels- 31 crowns that is,  designed exclusively for Harrods by the likes of LANVIN, TIFFANY’s, BOUCHERON, PAUL SMITH, and JO MALONE  in celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Harrods removed  its iconic green canopies just a couple of days ago to make way for ornate, golden frames showcasing  the crowns.  FashionDailyMag fashion + lifestyle in LUXchic..

Drawing on inspiration from the Queen’s Coronation in 1953, the Knightsbridge store’s façade was lined with Union Flags and two 50-ft tall regal banners heralding the Queen’s Royal Cypher and St. Edwards Crown.  In the Harrods tradition, many exclusives were created for the special occasion.  We loved the BOND 09 Jubilee edition with the exclusive Royal touch!
