Burberry brings the best of Brit beatmakers with the Kaiser Chiefs headlining “Live at 121 Regent Street.” Located at their international London flagship, the free-ticketed event brings the best of new British art, music, film, and theatre to the masses. From event space to store to innovation center, the multifaceted flagship is a combination of creativity that all can enjoy. The Leeds-based Kaiser Chiefs will be kicking off the event on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Other than winning a slew of awards, you may also recognize this band from the Summer 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony.
Started in June 2010, Burberry Acoustic is an initiative that unites the brand’s heritage with quintessentially British talent. Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey personally selects the featured artists for the label. Ren Harvieu, Roo Panes, and Jake Bugg are some of the names who have had over 800+ guests jamming along in the streets. Reaching even outside of music, Burberry has also hosted convo’s with British explorer Olly Hicks and the BAFTA Academy Circle at Regent Street. Demonstrating how they can span beyond style, Burberry truly joins several facets of art for the public as the event has also been named one of London Evening Standard’s 1000 Most Influential Events.
