CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

Angel Sanchez Spring 2014

Angel Sanchez’s Spring 2014 collection played out like a throwback to the early 1990’s supermodel era through a range of elegant, minimalist power pieces with a no-nonsense vibe. Streamlined looks offered a sophisticated grown-up edge while stunning fuchsia party frocks of differing lengths gave the collection a youthful appeal.

Kicking off the show was a chic, black sleeveless crepe romper embroidered with a graphic pyramid acetate..and this tangerine beauty is one of our favorites. The dazzling bright orange floor-length gown with a boat neck top demonstrated the collection’s playful vibe and red carpet-ready appeal.

Another standout look was a white one-shoulder flouncing top teamed with a pair of drain-pipe black trousers. Offering a different spin on the traditional evening gown was a deep blue A-line crepe dress with a French gauze overlay, featuring cheeky zigzagged cutouts – perfect for a flirty night out on the town.

Coupled with slicked-back, pin-straight hair and barely-there makeup and fierce Andrea Gomez white point-toe stilettos complete with a gold-plated strap the label is sure to attract the latest crop of burgeoning models and the Hollywood crowd. fdmLOVES ANGEL SANCHEZ SPRING 2014 selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Khia Mercer.
