ELLERY resort 2016

Presented at a private residence in the MeatPacking NYC, ELLERY recently showed the resort 2016 collection in a converted horse stable.  For this season, Anita Pallenberg played muse and heroine for resort, steering the collection into a mystical realm.

Designer Kym Ellery nods to the nostalgic this season, with ruffles on crisp shirting, and decolletage tops with deconstructed bell sleeves.

The monochromatic color palette was “peppered” burnt orange, burgundy, charcoal and soft blues.  Details include bold top-stitching on tailored styles, with luxurious fabrications including: silk velvet, boucle binding, twill suiting, shirted jersey and corrugated applique included in the looks.
