ALTUZARRA amazing resort 2016

Well suited can be very alluring.  Though there were minimal bells + whistles at Altuzarra resort 2016, this collection was far from boring.  Clean, not fussy silhouettes perfectly tailored with hints of color blocks and patterns.  What’s so special about Joseph Altuzarra‘s collection is the midas “designer” touch in all the pieces.

Meticulously cut silhouettes, placed details, and textures with just enough fringe… all encompassed in what a capsule should look like for a U.S. friendly resort collection.

The eyecatching IKAT pattern in long dress was a nice add, as well as the yellow chevron fringed top.  Yes, we can always use another designer like this one.  Plus, he convinced us a jacket and trouser combo can be sexy.  We’re loving ALTUZARRA even more.
