L.B.M. 1911 Spring 2013 mens
Fashion in Italy is like no other, and when it comes to menswear the ultra-suaveness just can’t be beat. The Italian label Lubiam offers a sportswear collection under the name of L.B.M. 1911 featuring an easy to wear mix and match selection. The L.B.M. 1911 ss13 lookbook displays the casual cool hunk in ensembles with Venice as the backdrop. It’s the kind of line that inspires both sexes. The men admire the style and swagger, and we women swoon for the man owning the look.
Comfortably chic models don subtly washed and dyed fabrics transformed into deconstructed garments that layer in traditional components attractively. Blazers are relaxed in denim, and more serious in herringbone and plaid. Pants are flattering and fitted, tied with a rope belt for nautical kitsch. Striped dress shirts are fancied with ascots and cuffed for casual. Be it for self-transformation or to live out our own personal daydream – a real life Romeo in L.B.M. can less than an ocean away. check out our favorites. Lubiam: Shorted name of founder Luigi Bianchi of Mantova who started producing the menswear brand nearly 100 years ago. To this day, as one of the oldest clothing manufactures in Italy, the company continues to produce in same very city where it all began.
