Ese Azenabor Celebrates Feminine Glamour at New York Fashion Week

At New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026–27, Ese Azenabor unveiled a breathtakingly romantic collection at the historic James Burden Mansion. Lace gowns, sculpted corsetry, rich crimson hues, floral appliqués, and a show-stopping bridal finale came together in a celebration of modern feminine glamour.

From the very first look, Azenabor commanded attention! The 43-look collection unfolded like a contemporary love story, filled with textured fabrics, curve-enhancing silhouettes, and an undeniable va-va-voom energy. Set against the mansion’s decorative interior and marble fireplace, each design felt both intimate and grand! Both romantic and confident with every detail.

Feminine, Flattering, and Timeless

Lace gowns floated elegantly through the space, while crystal-embellished dresses shimmered beneath the lights. Vibrant color played a major role this season, with bold shades — particularly striking reds — dominating the runway and reinforcing the collection’s passionate spirit.
Mikado emerged as a standout fabric, sculpted into voluminous gowns and a chic mikado blazer mini dress that blended polish with playful allure. Corsetry — a signature of Azenabor — defined many silhouettes, with lace-up bodices and cinched waists celebrating the female form in a way that felt powerful yet undeniably romantic.

Florals in Full Bloom

Floral appliqués, intricate embroidery, and delicate lace layered the collection with rich texture and dimension. Velvet flowers and three-dimensional roses transformed gowns into wearable works of art.
Mini dresses were abundant, many featuring strapless necklines and structured corseted details. Fit-and-flare silhouettes and mermaid gowns embraced curves beautifully, while sweeping trains and flirty ruffles added movement and drama. Signature polka dots made a charming return, adding a playful touch to the more formal evening looks.

A Show-Stopping Bridal Finale

The finale was nothing short of exquisite. A luminous bridal gown adorned with delicate paillettes shimmered as it moved, complete with a voluminous ball gown overskirt crafted from pleated, tiered tulle. A sheer, sweeping train created an ethereal finish, closing the show in breathtaking style. With this collection, Ese Azenabor once again proved that romance remains timeless — especially when expressed through craftsmanship, confidence, and unapologetic feminine glamour!
