CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

Viktor + Rolf Spring 2014 PFW

Remember the days when uniforms were all you could wear to school? The Viktor & Rolf Spring 2014 collection not only brings back those memories, but encourages you to sport some of those looks again. We’re not talking about stuffy academia attire, these are updated, chicer takes on crested blazers and knee-length skirts. Designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren were definitely inspired by those endless hallways and that chalkboard smell. This is schoolgirl chic at its finest.

Pleated plaid skirts feel refreshingly new along with a few sweaters with a take on an argyle-esque pattern.

Colors stay pretty standard in white, navy, grey and black shades. A single bright blue printed collared shirt is the showiest of all the looks. The swirly print is quite alluring, plus, the black and white paired skirt is tailored perfection. A key look this season, the full long shorts, really standout.
