VICTORIA’S SECRET show BTS

For the 13th year, Swarovski, known for their cut crystal and fashion jewelry, and lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret, came together for the highly anticipated 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Within the Fireworks section of the show, the sparkling finale look was designed by Serkan Cura, the LED-lit lights on the wings were created by Mirian “Killer” Hose and it was worn by Victoria’s Secret Angel, Martha Hunt.

21 total looks in this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show featured Swarovski crystal, and were worn by the likes of models including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, and Kendall Jenner.

The corset base of the Swarovski look, weighing 22 pounds, took approximately one month to complete, the fringe took approximately two weeks and the embroidery took another month. In his third year designing for the show, Serkan Cura used 90,000 Swarovski crystals in this look.
