CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

REEM ACRA fall 2015 sparkled at NYFW

A bit of whimsical extravagance with boho flair was evident on the REEM ACRA fall 2015 collection during NYFW. In the Reem tradition, the designer used luxurious fabrics rich in texture, and flirted with details and length for the younger set.  Some dresses red-carpet ready should have headed for the Oscars.

The collection, inspired by Stevie Nicks included many variations of intricately beaded silvery (nude) dresses. The textures included silk, velvet, embroidery and lace with sparkle of course! The dresses were magical, mixing regal yet youthful looks into a showcase of visionary enticement. Favorite faces showing off the beauties include Kate Bogucharskaia and Taylor Marie Hill.

Renowned for her ability to transform ordinary into elegant, this season of Reem Acra’s designs epitomize global glamour by offering women her classic fashion sense. The fall collection emits an understanding of what looks and feels beautiful interlaced with a sense of luxury. Combining technical acumen, tremendous creativity and attention to detail in each of her pieces, Reem Uses the finest silks, complex beading and elaborate embroidery, transforming each of her designs into modern “fantasy” dressing.

Velvet cape coats with silver sequin embroidering and high neck boho gowns with beading placed down the front—need we say more? These gowns are what fairy-tales are made of. REEM ACRA fall 2015 sparkled  NYFW runway selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Roya Butler.
