Nautica men FW13 NYFW

The Nautica brand returned to the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week runway for Fall 2013. The collection’s aesthetics were of course enhanced by the men walking the vision to life. No shortage of hunks at the show this season, veterans Sean O’Pry (show opener) and RJ Rogenski took the confidence of handsome through the roof.  Here’s an abbreviated model roll call to give you a smiling visual: Tobias Sorensen, Alex Cunha, Ryan Kennedy, Corey Baptiste, Ryan Cooper, and Garrett Neff.

Outerwear driven Nautica presented the Black Sail Collection with a modern mood and real world offerings from the inside out. Not too much of a surprise that an outdoorsman, Sir Ernest Shackelton and his Antarctic expeditions, inspired the styles in an appropriate manner. Cable knit sweaters and parkas will surely keep a man on the go in good standing. We dig the downtime vs. daytime looks that went from casual to a little more proper while paying heed to the inclement weather with layering.

The coats were on point of course, it’s the classics with tweaks for today’s man – his tastes, his needs with comfort. Laced to the ankle with purposeful footwear and wearing sunglasses from Marchon eyewear, the lifestyle of the brand is alive and well.
