GOLD COLLECTION FASHION SHOW curated by Carine Roitfeld

CATCHING up: Can we talk gold glamour here?  The annual star-studded 20th Cinema Against AIDS benefitting amfAR event was held recently during the Cannes Film Festival. “The Ultimate Gold Collection Fashion Show” curated by Carine Roitfeld included 38 models strutting the gold down the runway.  Gowns and bling galore, and a few men showing us they can carry the gold drama too. From Karolina Kurkova and Jon Kortajerana in Roberto Cavalli to Julia Restoin-Roitfeld in Valentino, and Joan Smalls in Givenchy, the event [sponsored by LoveGold] took the golden cake amidst all the movie premieres.
