CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

TODD SELBY is in the so EDIBLE kitchen…

So EDIBLE: for those of us who fell in love with Todd Selby’s colorful book of interiors and gardens of interesting peops, brace yourselves, there’s a new go-round.  This time, Mr. Selby irresistibly feeds our curious minds through a culinary journey with his new EDIBLE SELBY book.   Much like the colorful view of his first book, “the SELBY is in your place,” the images, doodles and comments keep us light and interested in his book, even for the non-talented in the kitchen.

“…I see it like this: I like to eat the best things as simply prepared as possible. And that’s it.”   – Todd Selby

Styled brooklyn-esque casually [by Jason Rider] Todd shares some of his views in a recent interview with Yale Breslin for MrPorter Journal 86: His passion for the culinary arts is highlighted  the two-year labor of love that took Mr Selby on a world tour in search of those kitchens, gardens and restaurants belonging to today’s greatest and most innovative figures in the world of cooking. Refocused his inquisitive lens onto our plates,  This visual feast profiles over 40 of the world’s culinary tastemakers accompanied by his signature watercolour illustrations, hand-penned questionnaires and mouth-watering recipes. From Mr René Redzepi’s kitchen to the art of the perfectly cured olive, this is a fascinating portrait of people who are passionate about food. And if that hasn’t whetted your appetite, it even comes with fridge magnets.
