Sparkle softly… A feminine, delicate piece of jewelry can sometimes yield more attention than a flashing statement piece, n’est ce pas?  Whether the “Ooh – that must be fancy because it’s small”  myth evokes the curiosity or not, we found a handful of precious things to make every girl happy.
