Public School Spring 2014

It was casting of cool for the penthouse presentation of Public School 2014. Fellas that fall somewhere between bad boy and metropolitan are composed while casual. Drawing a hip crowd, Designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell are known for clean-cut streetwear for the fashionably confident male. The duo are riding high after recently earning the Swarovski Award for up-and-coming talent in menswear, and rightly so.

The line continues to evolve with purpose, even as there is some cross-over to the look each season.Layering pieces bring significant draw as it easily flips the switch from dressing down to dressing up – a vest, and suited style, or a bomber is an easy way to customize. Varying the intensity of draped pant legs achieves an array of silhouettes with statements. Fabric choice and manipulation are details to be appreciated with this selection.
