CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

MONCLER gamme rouge ss15 PFW

Flashback to the Paris runway:  now that the chill is coming on, outerwear is on our mind. Giambattista Valli put the puffer jackets away and pared down the silhouettes for Moncler Gamme Rouge spring 2015.

Held at Salon D’Honneur during Paris Fashion Week, the collection was sports-inspired with a laid back girly vibe. Lengths were kept short and slim, with textures of lace making outerwear look fashionably dressed up casual and functional in hi-tech fabrics.

With nothing hugging the skin or hanging off either, Mini-skirts and trapeze dresses were cut to a length that graced the tops of models’ thighs.  The lace detailing added a touch of uptown girl to the look but was trimmed in a way that fit in with the cool, sporty theme.  Windbreakers with different national flags printed wrapped the down-to-earth cheery collection with Valli’s take on the brand of casual luxury with global flair. Here’s a view of our favorites. MONCLER gamme rouge ss15 PFW selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Andrea Porro.
