Marc by Marc Jacobs Resort 2014

Marc by Marc Jacobs Resort 2014 makes the modern girl his muse. The quirkier Marc sister looks were a shout out to the 21st century city gal showing off her a sharp sense of style.  With a dazzling albeit array of prints, the florals look fresh for the (almost) warmer weather days for cruise.

A monochromatic grid on a slouchy sweater went sleek over a sharp button down. Houndstooth was prominent in jackets and vests in structured pieces, the shapes clean and crisp, the short looks weren’t just sexy, but also sweet. Embellishments went under the radar, although if you look closely from the footwear to the piping of the dresses, there’s a hint of shine.

Numerous simple skirts and sheaths hit mid-thigh, without going too mod, paired with loafers and “wooden” sandals.
