Spotted in flowers! Lady Gaga was wearing an embellished romantic dress from the Valentino fall 2014 collection in Brussels, Belgium on September 23, 2014. Different from the usual GAGA wearables, she looks fresh in sweet flowers leaving the Steigenberger Grand Hotel. And the hair with bangs? reminds us of Elizabeth Taylor sans the gold.. – brigitte
