K. Nicole Fall 2014 NYFW
K. Nicole Fall 2014 collection was nothing short of chic drama during NYFW. The show held at the Designers Loft showcased a collection that was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern sophistication. Designer duo Kera Anderson and Nicole Styer pieced together textures, patterns, and shapes for the fall 2014 K. Nicole collection.
Inspiration from the Victorian era and 1970s fashion meant rich colors infused in old glamour fabrics. Heavy materials filled with rich textures and detailed patterns created fierce movement with every step. Models in neutral colored double breast blazers, overcoats, and dresses with gold accented buttons strutted the runway giving you the sight of a modern day Queen Victoria. The slight pops of colors such as pink, orange, and purple made this collection suitable for the modern woman. Even the suit pants screamed chic with rich texture and deeps colors. The high waist pants were the perfect fit to accentuate a lady’s shape in a polished, fashionable way.
This collection showcased a ready-to-wear collection with and couture hints for “any woman who wants to make a statement.” The sophistication offers feminine style with a bit of Victorian edge making any woman feel timeless. fdmLOVES K.
