GOLD, BOLD, and the BLONDS

A celebratory start and a fabulous finish with Phillipe and David Blond this season. The Blonds have a star studded cast of fans with shows that a crowd like no other label – from pal Pat Field, to muse Amanda Lepore, and the one and only Bette Midler rocking their epaulets front row. This is just so much fun, gold is bold every time.

Both a goddess and a queen. Rich with Egyptian vogue, decked like a disco diva these silhouettes ranged from from cocktails, to clubbing,  and even a dash of costume. On the prowl, and gilded with wings – it’s hot to trot as ever. The golden days are here to stay with shimmery dramatic detailing from top to bottom – blond bob headdresses, painted liner, and thigh high heels. Always a bombshell, what’s on the outside is just the flavored topping.

The lux mix extended to a luminous black extenuated by sheer paneling or with a more gem-like quality in turq tones. Decadent dabbles by Preciosa plus gloves and chokers as accouterments to the punchy feel.  Custom creations as encrusted sensations, this design duo keeps the show going.. epic, and into the night.
