Florence Welch Glowing at Great Gatsby premiere
GET the BEAUTY look: Fiery hot powerhouse singer Florence Welch attended the New York City premiere of “The Great Gatsby” last week, radiating her natural sexiness. Celebrating the film in style, the singer’s “Over the Love” song is featured on the Great Gatsby Soundtrack. Celebrity makeup artist Lisa Aharon gave WELCH a Garbo-inspired makeup touch to compliment her glowing complexion using Laura Mercier make-up. Check out what make-up she used to get your own GATSBY beauty look.
eyes: Using the Finishing Eye Brush, the Caviar Stick Eye Color in Sugar was applied from lash to crease to accentuate the broziness of the Folklore collection shadows in Sun Glow and Earth Glow. The singer’s beamingly warm green eyes were glamorized using the Corner Faux Lashes.
face: Welch’s luminous skin was achieved using the Tinted Moisturized with SPF 20 in nude, and then perfected using the Secret Camouflage in SC-1 and the Secret Concealer in #1. To set the makeup, Aharon dusted the Mineral Finishing powder though out her T-Zone and applied the Creme Cheek color in Rosebud and the Baked Powder in Highlight to give her cheeks a light blushing appearance.
lips: Welch’s rosy lips were glossed over using the Shimmer Lip Color in Sandcastle and set with the Praline lip pencil for a flawlessly natural appeal. This radiant look is ideal for day using less around the eyes, or night and is achieved using just a few (Laura Mercier) Cosmetics. Glowing at the Great Gatsby Written by Julia Paulescu.
