COUTURE on a different runway..  Entering its fifth season, Fashion Forward, the definitive fashion platform in the Middle East continues to showcase both couture and RTW brands based in the Dubai region or of Middle Eastern origin.  Twenty five labels presented their latest collections this April 10th-13th for Season Five in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates.
