CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

Chloé Spring 2014 PFW

A little bit of this, a little bit of that best describes the Chloé Spring 2014 collection. Presenting another great Parisian-infused set of whimsical pieces, designer Clare Waight Keller knows just what every girl wants in a wardrobe. Not only are these styles filled with graceful flow and energy, they’re high-fashion wearable. To put it simply, these cuts would flatter just about any woman’s body with elegance. A little breath of fresh air for this fashion season.

The fabrics are soft in light quilting, patchwork jacquard and lace. Cuts are loose, but never baggy. As for the color palette, it stays pretty neutral from start to finish. Olive green, tan and brown soon switches to calming whites and blues. The set ends with black with nothing too overly dramatic. This designer just has a way with perfect flow. Watch as these looks move with loads of grace. She even sneaks in some pleated numbers that feel fresh. A few dresses that incorporate the lace detailing are phenomenal. Plus, a deep cut goes a long way here. It’s sexy with still the right amount of girlish class.

There’s a lovely consistency here. Not a single moment of faltering, as trouser and blazer looks ease seamlessly into eveningwear stunners. A designer with a true vision of absolute clarity. fdmLOVES CHLOE Spring 2014 by Allison Ripa.
