a VIEW of the MAGNIFICENTs in 70s GLAMOUR + an 80s wave.. an ODE to LAUREN HUTTON on a set Antonio [Lopez] would approve and get right to work illustrating the opulent looks with the drama pinks + blues in the background. The ‘too beautiful for you’ gaze on the models tells the the night time story…There was no fade in the DAY looks either, luxurious detailing + pants to make you look 8 feet tall. we’re definitely watching NORMAN AMBROSE on FASHION DAILY MAG- brigitte segura

a SELECTION of FDM faves from the VIVIENNE TAM FALL|WINTER 2011-2012 runway. We loved the development of the collection this season with Vivienne’s traditional embellishments finally merging with her forward personality and giving us a little flavor of what she’s about, combined with the oh so emboidered asian influenced looks… the constructed pieces had us looking twice too..selection:

from the GLOBAL GLAM FW 2011 collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week New York, W HOTELS celebrates fun in Glam with designers including MARA HOFFMAN showcasing their looks in a JAM filled session with French singer|rapper [+ fdm fave] YELLE, with a crowd that was trying to ‘rap’ along in FRENCH! MORE like a club scene than a fashion presentation, we SO enjoyed the atmosphere with the lights in neon, though the sing-along lyrics on the program could have helped us sing along- brigitte segura on fashiondailymag
