CURATED LUXURY LIFESTYLE FASHION ART and WELLNESS magazine NYC curating good vibes by BRIGITTE SEGURA

Carven Fall 2014 PFW

Take a look at the Carven Fall 2014 collection and you’ll be transported to the roaring 1940s. Designer Guillaume Henry presented wide-shouldered coats and animal prints galore—  a set that looks and breathes the Big Band era back to life. Rich colors like cranberry and shimmering gold speak loud and true on short dresses while navy numbers continue to trend on the PFW runway. Add some swing to your step and indulge in this fantastic retro flair.

We love the off-the-shoulder coat style on many of these looks. Purses are clutched to the chest to add a bit of drama. Prints are wild but not distracting as they rock on mini dresses. Thigh-high leather boots will have all the girls going crazy this upcoming season. That style is already wildly popular. It’s girly, cute and drop-dead sexy in one.

One last thing, leopard printed collars are truly vintage fabulous. Let’s get that trending right now. Me-ow. fdmLOVES CARVEN Fall 2014 selects by Brigitte Segura, written by Allison Ripa.
