Balmain Fall 2014 PFW

Lady is wild. Balmain’s Fall 2014 collection is like a strut out of the jungle during PFW. There’s no doubt designer Olivier Rousteing likes to dress his women fiercely. Animal print, cargo pants and a whole lot of leather bring this ferocious theme to life. It’s militaristic and hot as ever exuding sexiness from top to bottom. Me-ow. The girls are all here, including Sasha Luss, Joan Smalls and Malaika Firth.

Oversized motorcycle jackets are sizzling. Bright color pops provide sexy detailing. Waists are cinched and skin-tight leather rocks. These are clothes that are meant to make a statement. Leave the shyness for someone else…you’re here to show tons of attitude in dyed fuzzy cropped jackets. There’s slits but skin’s not really shown. This is proof that sex appeal is subjective and in this set, it’s in amazing embossed leather detailing. Works. of. art.
