Alice + Olivia pre-FALL 2013

Graphic patterns got an update in Alice + Olivia and for Pre-fall 2013 season she is more  free-spirited. When her musical talents don’t do the job, (see the open guitar case) her fearless approach to patterns will definitely put a passerby in a daze.  Color blocking was taken out of its old minimalist environment, and shaken up for a fun surprise with the addition of  bold patterns and prints.

A black + white pleated skirt-suit was transformed from severe to striking with the incorporation of a neon-yellow button down. Attention-grabbing accessories carried throughout the collection as ruby red, jade, and cheetah print provided a pop that exploded onto the collection’s other looks. A  colorful maxi-dress continued where the abstract-print top started, while its floor-grazing lightless will surely sweep you away.

This luxeLondon Underground traveler can’t be subjected to a single style category-as she rocks her leather trousers alongside structured separates. The Alice + Olivia Prefall 2013 woman grabs inspiration wherever she travels, as her bright top is balanced with a plaid skirt- a simple shout out to Anglomania. Although the sharp silhouettes provide strength, a braided up-do and bright lip brings back a hint of sweetness.
