The 17th annual VS fashion show will be coming to life on Dec. 4 [CBS] showing off just the appropriate amount of angel beauty.   The 38 models selected to strut the catwalk include fan favorites Miranda Kerr, candice swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Erin Heatherton and Lily Aldridge to name a few. It will be more than lust worthy lingerie and a throng of Angels with SWAROVSKI embellishments at every turn. It’s sure to be a full on holiday extravaganza complete with musical performances by Rihanna, Bruno Mars, and surprisingly Justin Bieber.

According to insiders 18 make-up artists, 22 hairstylists, and 7 manicurists are set to transform the Supermodels into Angels, which by the way will go through about 28 pairs of wings in all to coordinate with runway looks. And just when you thought buying a pair of panties would be the only way to channel the sexiness of the gloriously dramatic show, we’re revealing the behind-the-scenes skinny on getting the beauty looks used at the show. From head to toe all the elements have been rehearsed, and now you’ll have all the fyi for achieving them.

Hair by Orlando Pita will be wavy by way of So Sexy Hair products like the Tame & Smooth Instant Detangler for a tousled yet easy glam look. The nails by Yuna Park will feature the soon to be released VS Nail Lacquer (January 2012). By design the nails are to be contoured into a short, oval shape and painted in newly debuted shades of soft pink aka Bitten, or in the case of “PINK” the appropriately named Peep Show which is a glittery metallic pink. The ladies will be rocking Nicholas Kirkwood shoes, with ahem, an average heel height of 6 inches, yikes best to leave the teetering to the well paid professionals!
